Greek Mastic is a natural oleoresin produced by Pistacia lentiscus, a species endemic to the island of Chios in the Aegean Sea.
It appears as small rounded grains with a matte yellow color. It has a delicate balsamic and resinous aroma, enriched with hints of cedar and spices.
This resin is appreciated for its soft and characteristic fragrance and is one of the most traditional aromatic resins of the Mediterranean area.
