BETEKRISTIAN, natural resin granules from Ethiopia, 20 gr
Betekristian resin comes from Boswellia papyrifera, a frankincense tree native to the arid regions of Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa. This species has historically been one of the most important sources of frankincense in traditional trade.
The BETEKRISTIAN variety is mainly distinguished by the larger grain size, generally bigger and more compact than those of the Messer variety from the same species. The resin appears with a light colour, sometimes golden yellow.
When burned, it releases a fresh, bright and resinous aroma, with subtle citrus and balsamic nuances. It is appreciated for its clean fragrance and the quality of its combustion.
