GENERAL TERMS AND SALE CONDITIONS
ANBESA Srl, with registered office in San Marco n° 3125/B – 30124 VENEZIA (VE) ITALY, VAT number: IT03721650277, email: info@anbesaincense.com, is the owner and provides access to the website www.anbesaincense.com by selling its products under the following General Conditions of Sale, with reference to Legislative Decree 206/05 of the Consumer Code and the rules on e-commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments).
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The products on sale are accompanied by photos and descriptions (product description, weight, price, dimensions, etc.); being natural products, there may be differences in the color or shape of the products, without this determining essential differences for product identification or affecting their intrinsic characteristics.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The customer can purchase all products currently present in the ANBESA electronic catalog, available online at www.anbesaincense.com. The availability of each product is also indicated. If the request made through an online order cannot be fulfilled immediately, the customer will be promptly notified via email or by phone by our Customer Service.
PRICES
The sale prices are expressed in euros (€); VAT is included. Shipping costs are not included and are at the expense of the customer, except for orders in Italy over €60.00 and in Europe over €150.00 (except for Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia, and Switzerland, for which the minimum order for free shipping is €170.00). Outside the EU, free shipping with a minimum order is not provided. Additional charges and taxes may be applied by the destination country for shipments outside the EU.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders have to be placed by adding the desired products to the cart and then filling out all the requested information, such as name, surname, billing and shipping address, tax ID, phone number, and email address. Customers can also register and create an account to receive offers, discount vouchers, and additional services. Existing registered users only need to enter their login credentials (username and password) in the designated fields of the login page. New users need to provide the required information in the appropriate form to complete the purchase. Customers can also register at any time before completing their purchase by clicking on the login page and selecting “Create a new account”. The customer successfully completes the order process if the website does not display any error message. The purchase contract between ANBESA and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer’s order is received and the customer is thus obligated to pay the corresponding price. ANBESA will confirm the receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email to the customer’s email address. This confirmation will summarize the purchased products, their prices (including delivery fees), the delivery address, and the order number, which must be used in any communication with ANBESA. It is possible that occasional product unavailability may occur on the www.anbesaincense.com website. If the products selected by the customer are not available at all or in part, ANBESA will communicate this promptly. In such cases, if the customer has already paid for the order, ANBESA will promptly refund the price of the unavailable goods, and the corresponding order will be cancelled, except for any additional available goods purchased.
PAYMENT METHODS
The order must be paid for when it is submitted to ANBESA. Payment can be made online with a credit card and/or PayPal or, alternatively, by advanced bank transfer. In the latter case, the order will be shipped only after the reception of the bank transfer.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed promptly, within approximately 48-72 hours. In case of holidays, some delay might be possible.The purchased products, if available in stock, will be shipped within 72 hours following the order. If part of the ordered goods is not available, written or telephone communication will be sent to the customer within 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING COSTS
We use DHL courier for all our shipments, both in Italy and abroad. The cost of shipping in Italy is € 10 including VAT, including islands, for orders under € 60.00; for orders over € 60.00, shipping is free.
In Europe (except Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia and Switzerland, for which the minimum order for free shipping is € 260.00) the cost of shipping is free for orders over € 200.00, for orders under the shipping cost is € 20.00. The cost of shipping to Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia and Switzerland is € 26.00. For shipments to the rest of the world, shipping costs are variable and follow DHL rates: the cost is indicated in the cart specifying the destination.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
ANBESA’s policy regarding the right of withdrawal complies with the regulations prescribed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a communication of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period, that is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the order, which can be sent to info@anbesaincense.com. The communication of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised. The return of the product(s) to ANBESA must take place within 14 days from the date on which the customer communicated his decision to withdraw pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code. This term will be respected if the customer returns the product(s) or object(s) of withdrawal before the expiration of the 14 days, sending us proof of shipment.
The transport costs related to the return of the product(s) or object(s) of withdrawal are paid by the customer and the return is under the complete responsibility of the customer. Before returning, check that the product(s) or object(s) of withdrawal are intact and in normal storage conditions, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation). If the aforementioned conditions are met, ANBESA will refund the product(s) or object(s) under the right of withdrawal within 14 days after being delivered.
