SCIENTIFIC NAME: Boswellia rivae ORIGIN: Ethiopia BOTANY: this species, belonging to the Burseraceae family, grows on the lowlands between Ethiopia and Somalia, at an altitude ranging from 200 to 900 metres a.s.l.. It can reach a height of 8 metres. AROMATIC NOTES: intense balsamic, sweet, floral USAGE TIPS: it melts almost completely on charcoal, clean from any residue before pouring again.
