OMUMBIRI, natural resin granules from Namibia, 50 gr
Omumbiri is a natural aromatic resin obtained from Commiphora wildii, found in the arid regions of Namibia. This resin is traditionally used by the Himba people for skin protection.
The grains range in color from dark gray to translucent yellow, with a fruity, balsamic, and floral aroma, featuring notes of orange. A soft and harmonious fragrance, particularly appreciated for gently scenting and purifying spaces.

Botany: shrubby species belonging to the Burseraceae family, grows in Namibia and Angola, at an altitude ranging from 600 to 1000 metres a.s.l.. It can reach a height of 2.5 metres, but may extends horizontally up to 8 metres.
